Well, that´s if folks
We have now come to the end of our ten week trip around the fabulous country of New Zealand, and what a trip it has been! We covered 10,085km in our time here in the car (6,200 miles)! There have been so many wonderful things seen, experienced and tried it is definitely going to be a trip that will stick in our minds for a long time to come.
From four weeks in the beautiful North islands, where we enjoyed Poor Knights Island, The Bay of Plenty, Golden Bay, Coromandel and Rotorua to name a few, down through the breathtaking and extreme landscapes of the mountainous South. Six weeks here didn´t seem enough time, but we managed to squeeze in so much…..Whale watching, penguin spotting, up close and personal with Fur seals, kayaking along some picturesque coastlines, climbing mountains, sailing overnight through Fiords and admiring landscapes that you can only dream about, it has been an absolutely fantastic experience.
We have met some wonderful people along the way, both local and tourists, and the New Zealand people are some of the friendliest we have ever met. I think it is definitely our intention to return to this beautiful country….but for now, we have to say a deeply regrettable goodbye for now, and thank everyone who made this trip a fabulous trip of a lifetime. We hope that you have enjoyed following us on our blog and have liked the experiences that we have encountered as much as we have!!!!
love from
Andrea & Dani
